- Neighboring countries (e.g., Asia): approx. 1–2 weeks
- Europe, North America, Middle East, and Latin America: approx. 2–3 weeks
For packages over 2kg, we use Japan Post’s EMS, which takes approximately 10 days.
Please note that for orders over 30kg, the shipment will be divided into multiple packages to ensure safe delivery.

1. Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples. A 30g trial pack can be purchased through our Bulk & Wholesale page.
2. Can you provide OEM (custom packaging) services?
Yes. Please place your order through our Bulk & Wholesale page and write your packaging instructions either in the order notes or contact us by email.
If you wish to divide your order into 30g or 40g units, be sure to clearly communicate that so our shipping team can process it accordingly.
3. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated in your cart during checkout.
Alternatively, you may also place your order by email. In that case, we will send you a direct payment link for your convenience.
4. Do you offer matcha in tins?
Tins are available for an additional fee. The total cost is approximately 500 yen per tin, which includes the tin and basic labor.
If you would like to add a custom design or sticker label, a design setup fee of 30,000 yen will apply. The label itself costs around 30 yen per piece, depending on size.
Please note that tins are heavier and bulkier than pouches, which can significantly increase international shipping fees, as they are calculated based on weight.
5. Which shipping company do you use?
All orders are shipped via Japan Post. Once your package reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal or delivery service. A tracking number will be sent by email once your package is dispatched.
6. How long does shipping take?
If the item is in stock, it will ship within 2 to 3 business days.

For larger orders (10kg or 20kg), additional time may be required for grinding. We recommend placing such orders well in advance.
7. Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate entirely online and do not have a physical retail location.
8. Can I visit your company or factory?
While we are honored by such interest, we are a small team and unfortunately cannot accommodate in-person visits at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
9. Can I contact you by phone or video call (e.g., Zoom)?
