[Gyokuro Florentine] Ingredients: Sugar, syrup, margarine, almonds, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, peanuts, Gyokuro (produced in Fukuoka Prefecture), edible emulsified fats (edible vegetable fats, sugar, isomerized liquid sugar, sorbitol, emulsifiers, pH adjusters, flavoring, colorants (annatto, carotene), sodium bicarbonate, sulfur dioxide (SO2))

About Gyokuro: Gyokuro is made from new shoots of the first flush of tea, which are shaded for about 20 days during their growth period to block sunlight, similar to the process for Sencha. Compared to regular Sencha, Gyokuro is characterized by a higher content of theanine, which is a component contributing to the tea’s umami flavor.
